Information for Authors
Biofeedback is a quarterly peer-reviewed journal devoted to the study of physiological systems, cognition, social and environmental parameters and health. Full-length original research, conceptual and theoretical articles, evaluative reviews, case studies and clinical notes and observations are welcome. All manuscripts will be submitted for peer-review to the Editor, who will assign it to a selected member of the Editorial Review Board, and independent outside review.
AAPB membership is not a prerequisite for submission.

Publications Charges
- Page charges – There are no page charges for Biofeedback. However, authors may be charged for excessive corrections in their proofs; see “Correction charges” below.
- Correction charges – Authors are allowed to make up to five corrections in their page proofs. If an author makes more than five corrections, they will be charged $5.00 per correction.This may include changes resulting from a copy editor’s query.
Proofs and Reprints
PDF proofs will be sent to the corresponding author, who should send corrections as soon as the PDF is received. These corrections should be returned to the Managing Editor, Leslie Shivers, e-mail: biofeedbackeditor@gmail.com. Authors may incur additional costs for changes made during the proofs stage. Consult the journal’s submission guidelines or contact the Managing Editor for details.
Order forms for reprints will be e-mailed to the corresponding author shortly before publication of the paper.
